From concept to delivery
Preparing project concepts, building teams and consortia, and setting up the processes needed to deliver results successfully.
Mayors of Slovakia (Slovak–Czech Mayors' Alliance) is a non-governmental organisation that connects municipalities, experts and partners from Slovakia, Czechia and Ukraine.
It should bring concrete opportunities – new contacts, meaningful projects, funding, testing solutions in practice and measurable improvements in public services.
We were created from the conviction that cities and municipalities face similar challenges today: pressure on budgets, the need to modernise services, to increase resilience to crises, to work with data and technologies, and at the same time to sustain community life and quality of life in their territories.
We build a stable network of cooperation based on trust, shared experience and long-term partnerships with practical impact.
Preparing project concepts, building teams and consortia, and setting up the processes needed to deliver results successfully.
We provide consultations, share experience and deliver relevant information to support decision-making by municipalities, partners and clients.
We support the adoption of modern solutions including work with data and technologies, validation in real conditions, and scaling what works to further municipalities.
We help cities and regions increase their resilience to crises and prepare for recovery where it makes sense and is feasible.
Under a mandate from the Ukrainian Mayors' Club platform we are responsible for cooperation covering Slovakia and Czechia.
Choose a country on the map.
We operate as the Klub starostov pre partnerstvo platform. We connect municipalities with companies, experts and public institutions and help them turn intentions into something deliverable.
The Slovak–Czech space has natural ties – similar competencies of local governments, a shared history and compatible experience. That makes it the fastest route for transferring proven solutions.
Ukraine enters this cooperation mainly through municipal partnerships, reconstruction and resilience building – where it makes sense to combine solidarity with a systemic approach, know-how and project management.
